ORDINANCE:

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1:      Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt

Raybon Auto Repair, Inc., of 4421 W. Grenshaw Street, 1^st Floor, Chicago, Illinois 60624 from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for Premise Address.

Section 2:       This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
