ORDINANCE AMENDMENT Acct. No. 17030 -1 Permit No. 1118500

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for GUILD SHIP BAR AND GALLEY on 06/17/2015, and printed upon page 1682 ofthe Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words

"CYRANO'S BISTROT AND WINE BAR"

and inserting in their place the words "GUILD SHIP BAR AND GALLEY"

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
