BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for The Original Pancake House on 03/09/2011, and printed upon page 113961 of the

Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "Monday through Sunday 8:00am to 11:00pm and *Sidewalk Cafes shall not operate earlier than 8:00 AM, nor later than 11:00 PM" and inserting in their place the words "Monday through Sunday 8:00am to 12:00am midnight"
