Repeal Loading Zone BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. That an ordinance hereto passed by the City Council on November 30, 1994 (Journal of the Proceedings ofthe City Council of the City of Chicago, page 62722) establishing a loading zone designated area, be and the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom, the following:

"West Grand Avenue (north side) from a point 85 feet east ofNorth Noble Street, to a point 25 feet east thereof—loading/tow-away zone—6:00 P.M. to 12:00 Midnight—no exceptions (94-1180);"

SECTION 2.     This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
