BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for KRONON LINCOLN-MERCURY on 06/09/2010, and printed upon page 93774 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to KRONON LINCOLN-MERCURY" and inserting in their place the words "Mid City Subaru"

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
