AMENDMENT OF TITLE 4, CHAPTER 60, SECTION 023 OF MUNICIPAL CODE OF CHICAGO BY DELETION OF SUBSECTION 49.30 TO REMOVE RESTRICTION ON ISSUANCE OF ADDITIONAL PACKAGE GOODS LICENCES ON PORTION OF NORTH CLARK STREET

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Section 4-60-023 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby

amended by deleting subsection 4-60-023(49.30).

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its

passage and approval.
