2% DISABLED PARKING SIGN

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

 

SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to establish and/or amend 2% Disabled Parking at the below listed locations:

 

 

WARD MISCELLEANEOUS:

 

50                     Amend Ordnance Which Reads:6710 North Washtenaw Avenue (west side)

from a point 175 feet south of West Pratt Avenue to a point 20 feet south thereof, 2% Disabled Parking, 7:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday, by striking the above and inserting North Fairfield Avenue (east side) from a point 90 feet north of West North Shore Avenue to a point 20 feet north thereof, 2% Disabled Permit, 7:00am-4:40pm, Monday-Friday [02022-3355]

 

SECTION 2. and publication.

This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to erect and/or amend 2% Disabled Parking Sign, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) submitted herewith.
