ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDArNED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is
hereby amended by changing all of the RT-4 Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District
symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 16-G in the area bounded by
a line angled southeasterly 89°58'30" commencing at the intersection of a line 430.70 feet north of and parallel to the north line of 64lh Street and a line 100 feet east of and parallel to the east line of South Peoria Street, a line angled southeasterly W^IS'* commencing at the intersection of the previously described line and the east line of the public alley west of South Green Street, South Green Street, West 64lh Street, a line 165.43 feet west of the west line of South Green Street,
to those of a RM5.5 Multi-Unit District.
SECTION 2. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is
r hereby amended by changing all of the RM5.5 Multi-Unit District symbols and indications as
shown on Map No. 16-G in the area bounded by —
a line angled southeasterly SQ^'SO" commencing at the intersection of a line .. . 430.70 feet north of and parallel to the north line of 64th Street and a-line 100 feet • ;
east of and parallel to the cast line of South Peoria Street, a line angled southeasterly 81°35'25" commencing at the intersection of the previously described line and the east line of the public alley west of South Green Street, South Green Street, West 64,h Street, a line 165.43 feet west of the west line of South Green Street,
to those of a Planned Development Number , which is hereby established in the area
described above and subject to such use and bulk, regulations, set forth in the Plan of Development attached hereto and to no others.

SECTION 4. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and due publication.
