BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to establish and/or amend No Parking Except for Official School Personnel Parking Only at the below listed locations:

WARD MISCELLEANEOUS:

9       33     North Sacramento Avenue (east side) from the first alley south of West Berteau Avenue; No Parking Except for official School Personnel Parking Only, Tow Zone - (19-011-18196) [02019-2799]

SECTION 2. and publication.

This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend No Parking Except for Official School Personnel Parking Only Signs on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) submitted herewith.
