SECTION 1. That an ordinance heretofore passed by the City Council on 11/5/08, journal page 43732, Prohibiting parking of vehicles at all times on portions of designated streets, be and the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom, the following:

N. St. Louis at No. 5841, Disabled Permit No. 63903
