CITY COUNCIL MEETING October 11,2017

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:     Pursuant to action 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago

Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Gonzalez Body Shop of 4376 W. Ogden Avenue, Suite B from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking for Premise Address.
