ORDINANCE AMENDMENT Acct. No. 420910 -1 Permit No. 1119515

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for HURON SEDGWICK DEVELOPMENT, LLC on 09/24/2015, and printed upon page 7148 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "HURON SEDGWICK DEVELOPMENT, LLC" and inserting in their place the words "400 WEST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION"

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
