ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Chapter 5-15 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by adding a new Section 5-15-110, as follows:

5-15-110 Rules and regulations.

The Commissioner of Planning and Development is authorized to adopt such rules and regulations as the Commissioner may deem necessary for the proper administration and enforcement of this chapter.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and approval.
