ORDINANCE -AMENDMENT Acct No. 202047 - 1 Permit No. 1104249

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for Rosebud Sreakliousc on 02/13/2013, and printed upon page 47106 ofthe Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "Said sidewalk cafe area #1 shall be seventeen point three three (17.33) feet in length and six point nine two (6.92) feet in width for a total of one hundred nineteen point nine two (119.92) square feet" and inserting in their place the words "Said sidewalk cafe area #1 shall be twenty-three point zero eight (23.08) feet in length and six point nine two (6.92) feet in width for a total of one hundred fifty-nine point seven one (159.71) square feet"

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
