SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE A-8I34

 

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

 

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RT4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District, B2-3 Neighborhood Mixed-Use District, CI-2 Neighborhood Commercial District and C2-2 Motor Vehicle-Related Commercial District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 4-H and 6-H in the area bounded by

 

 

The alley next north of and parallel to West Cermak Road; a line 325 feet east of and parallel to South Paulina Street; West Cermak Road; a line 119 feet east of and parallel to South Wood Street; the alley next south of and parallel to West Cermak Road; and South Wood Street;

 

excluding that area bounded by the alley next north of West Cermak Road; South Paulina Street; West Cermak Road; and a line 37.5 feet west of and parallel to South Paulina Street, which will remain zoned C2-2,

 

 

to those of a RT4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District.

 

 

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
