(WATER/SEWER RATES) Cancel Assessments

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

, SECTION 1.  Pursuant to Section 11-12-540 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the

¹ Commissioner of the Department of Water Management is hereby authorized and directed to ! cancel all assessments as of the effective date of this ordinance, notwithstanding other i ordinances of the City of Chicago to the contrary, assessed against St. John Berchmans ; School/Gym, 2540 W. Altgeld, Chicago, IL 60647, PIN 13-25-420-032, Account No. 441630.
