AUTHORIZATION FOR EXEMPTION OF RULE TRANSFER IL, INC. FROM PHYSICAL BARRIER REQUIREMENT PERTAINING TO ALLEY ACCESSIBILITY FOR PARKING FACILITIES AT4100-4102 W. PETERSON

Be It Ordained by the City Council ofthe City^: of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Rule Transfer IL, Inc. from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 4100-02 W. Peterson.
