RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, God in His infinite wisdom has called Ronald S. Szykowny to his eternal reward; and

WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by the Honorable Marty Quinn, Alderman ofthe 13^th Ward; and

WHEREAS, Ronald S. Szykowny, Beloved husband of Carolyn (nee Juenger); loving father of Stanley (Andrea) and Daniel (Suzanne); cherished grandfather of Danielle (Kevin) Bergman, Brian, Zachary, Justin, Alison, Charlie and Max; devoted son of the late Walter and the late Irene (nee Przezdzink) Szykowny; dear brother of Gerald (Muriel), Sandra (the late Robert) Lesniak, and David (Sandra); survived and loved by many nieces and nephews, family and friends. Retired from Ford Motor Company - Chicago Stamping Plant. Ronald S. Szykowny leaves a legacy of faith, dignity, compassion and love; now, therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members ofthe Chicago City Council gathered here this eighth day of October, 2014, hereby express our sorrow on the death of Ronald S. Szykowny and extend to his family and friends our deepest sympathy.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy be presented to the family of Ronald S. Szykowny.
