BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago,
Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Ciro Lombardo and Salvatore Lombardo of Mama Luna Restaurant, LLC from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress 5109 West Fullerton Avenue.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its

I am aware of the application for an Alley Ingress/Egress Access for Mama Luna Restaurant, LLC located at 5109 West Fullerton Avenue, Chicago, IL 60639.1 have no objections to this application and I will introduce an ordinance at the City Council meeting scheduled for March 13, 2019, exempting of Mama Luna Restaurant, LLC from the provisions requiring barriers as prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress/egress.
