BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by changing all of the RT4, Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District symbols as shown on Map No. 24-G in the area bounded by:


A line 135.14 feet North of and almost parallel to West 99th Street (as measured along the East boundary line of South Charles Street); a line 42 feet East of and almost parallel to South Charles Street and perpendicular to West 99th Street (as measured along the North boundary line of West 99th Street); West 99th Street; South Charles Street.
