The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for Rockit Bar & Grill on 04/13/2011, and printed upon page 115751 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words
"11:00 p.m.
*Sidewalk Cafes shall not operate earlier than 8:00 AM, nor later than 11:00

and inserting in their place the words
12:00 a.m. Midnight'
Section 2:
This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
