LOADING ZONE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 160, of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following locations are hereby designated as loading zones for the distances specified, during the hours specified:

WARD      AMEND LOADING ZONE:

39      Repeal ordinance passed February 9^th, 2005, journal page 42285,

which reads: N. Elston Avenue (east side) from a point 302 feet north of W. Montrose Avenue to a point 25 feet north thereof: 15 Minute Standing Zone, unattended vehicles must use flashing lights, Tow Zone after 15 minutes, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Saturday - 12-00980658 [02012-1607]

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.
