SECTION I. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance,
is hereby amended by changing all the Bl-1 Neighborhood Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 16-J in the area bounded by
West Devon Avenue; the alley next east of and parallel to North Pulaski Road: the alley next south of and parallel to West Devon Avenue; and a line 167 feet east of and parallel to North Pulaski Road,
to those of a Bl-2 Neighborhood Shopping District is hereby established in the area above described.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.

Be it resolved, that PAVEL GANSARI is hereby authorized, on behalf of Elim Romanian Pentecostal Church, an Illinois Non-for-profit Corporation, to take any and all steps or actions necessary to petition the City of Chicago Department of Zoning with respect to change the zoning at 3935 & 3939 W Devon Avenue, Chicago, IL from B1-1 to B1-2 to construct a building for religious assembly.
