ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of the RT-4, Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse, and Multi-Unit District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 10-E in the area bound by:

a line 75 feet north of and parallel to East 42^nd Street; the alley next east of and parallel to South Vincennes Avenue; East 42^nd Street; and South Vincennes Avenue,

to those of a POS-2, Parks and Open Space District

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
