PARKING LIMITED DURING SPECIFIED HOURS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 080, ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the operator of a vehicle shall not park such vehicle upon the following public way in the areas indicated during the hours specified:
WARD PARKING LIMITATIONS:
9 S. Forestville Avenue (both sides)1 from E. 115th Street to the first alley
north: One Hour Parking, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday --12-02012262 [02012-7330]
41 W. Higgins (north side) from N. Oriole Avenue to N. Ottawa Avenue: Two
Hour Parking, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday -12-02039304 [02012-7925]
WARD AMEND PARKING LIMITATIONS:
10 Repeal ordinance passed June 5, 1987, journal page 1256 which reads:
S. Baltimore Avenue (east side) from a point 199 feet north of E. 135th Street to a point 25 feet north thereof: One Hour Parking, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday by striking the above - 12-02039201 [Or2012-689]
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its
passage and publication.
