BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to establish and/or amend No Parking except State Police Vehicles Only, Tow Zone Signs at the below listed locations:

WARD MISCELLEANEOUS:

43                     North Astor Street, (east side) from a point 191 feet South of East Burton Place to a

point 44 feet south thereof; No Parking except State Police Vehicles Only, Tow Zone -(19-00904352) [O2019-542]

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend No Parking except State Police Vehicles Only, Tow Zone Signs on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) submitted herewith.
