Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to U-STOR-IT, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use twenty-four (24) Pile Caps(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 1245 W. 15th St
Said Pile Caps(s) at S. THROOP ST. measure(s):
Nine (9) atone point five (1.5) foot in length, and one (1) foot in width for a total of thirteen point five (13.5) square feet. Said pipe caps shall be approximately five (5) feet in depth.
Two (2) atone point two five (1.25) foot in length, and one (1) foot in width for a total of two point five (2.5) square feet. Said pipe caps shall be approximately five (5) feet in depth.
One (1) at point six seven (.67) feet in length, and one (1) foot in width for a total of point six seven (.67) square feet. Said pipe caps shall be approximately five (5) feet in depth.
Said Pile Caps(s) at W. 15TH ST. measure(s):
Eleven (11) at one point two five (1.25) foot in length, and one (1) foot in width for a total of thirteen point seven five (13.75) square feet. Said pipe caps shall be approximately five (5) feet in depth.
Said Pile Caps(s) at S. BLUE ISLAND AVE. measure(s):
One (1) at one point five (1.5) foot in length, and one (1) foot in width for a total of one point five (1.5) square feet. Said pipe caps shall be approximately five (5) feet in depth.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal ...
