BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.     Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt 2500 W Roosevelt Development Inc of 1146-1148-1152-1154-1156 S. Campbell Avenue arid 2510-2514-2524-2528-2536-2540 VV. Roosevelt Road, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for premise address.

SECTION 2.      This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
