MEMORIAL RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, Roel Villanueva, Jr. passed away much too soon on September 25, 2016; and

WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by the Honorable Marty Quinn, Alderman of the 13^th Ward; and

WHEREAS, Roel Villanueva, Jr. was born on September 16, 2016, to Destinee Rodriguez and Roel Villanueva, Sr.; and

WHEREAS, Besides his parents, Roel Villanueva, Jr. leaves behind to mourn his death grandparents, great grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins; now, therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members of the Chicago City Council, gathered here this fourteenth day of December, 2016, hereby express our sorrow on the death of Roel Villanueva, Jr., and extend to his family and friends our deepest sympathy.
