Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. That the ordinance [SO2013-6089] reclassifying the area shown on Map Number 1-F whose common address is 400 -- 422 West Randolph Street and 403 - 423 West Lake Street passed by the City Council on December 11, 2013 and printed in the Journal ofthe Proceedings ofthe City Council ofthe City of Chicago, pages 71916 through 71945 of such date is hereby corrected by deleting: "Minimum Building Height: 747 feet" appearing in the second printed line from the bottom of page 71921 and inserting in lieu thereof: "Maximum Building Height: 747 feet"; and also, by deleting: "Minimum Accessory Parking Spaces: 77 spaces" appearing in the fifth printed line from the bottom of the same page and inserting in lieu thereof: "Maximum Accessory Parking Spaces: 77 spaces".
