, BE IT ORDAINED BYTHE CITY COUNCIL OFTHE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Section 4-60-022 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by deleting the language struck through, as follows:

4-60-022 Restrictions on additional licenses.

Subject to the provisions of subsection 4-60-021 (c), no additional license shall be issued for the sate of alcoholic liquor, for consumption on the premises within the following areas:

(3IM7) On Woct Irving Park Rood from North Springfield Avonuo to tho John F: Kennedy Expressway, and on North Keystone Avenuo, from West Irving Pork Road to North Bolle Plains Avenue.
