ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all ofthe B3-2, Community Shopping District, RM-5, Residential Multi-Unit District and B3-3, Community Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 10-E in the area bounded by

a line 200 feet south of and parallel to East 41^st Street; South Michigan Avenue; a line 89.4 feet north of and parallel to East 43^rd Street; and the alley next west of and parallel to South Michigan Avenue,

to those of a RT-4, Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
