ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone in the (from)   1100 to 1143    block of North Mozart Street. on both sides of the street, Sunday thru Saturday, from 6pm to 9am.
