ORDINANCE AMENDMENT Acct. No. 4154 - 2 Permit No. 1103647

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for CHICAGO MARRIOTT DOWNTOWN on 01/17/2013, and printed upon page 45424 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words

"sixty-six thousand one hundred thirty-two ($66,132.00) per annum in advance."

and inserting in their place the words

"thirty-nine thousand nine hundred thirty-eight ($39,938.00) per annum in advance."

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
