BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION I. Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to exempt 7140 S. Dorchester Properties, LLC at 7140-58 S. Dorchester Ave. from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for premise address.
