RESOLUTION

WHEREAS; we, the members of the City Council of the City of Chicago, wish to extend our most warmest wishes to Ricardo Govea on his 65th Birthday Celebration; and,

WHEREAS, on behalf of the entire 16^th Ward, Alderman Stephanie D. Coleman would like to encourage Ricardo Govea to expect the best, let love rule, embrace the day, and celebrate another year; and,

WHEREAS, Ricardo Govea has continued to be an abundance of wisdom, and we value all the gems and treasure you have bestowed here in the 16^th Ward; and

BE TT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and members of the City Council of the City of Chicago gathered this 18^th day of January 2023; do hereby celebrate Ricardo Govea's 65th birthday; and
