ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Mclnerney Builder's, Inc., 4954-4956 N. Western Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60625 from the provisions requiring barriers as
