Section 1:


The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for CAFE SUSHI-WELLS on 09/24/2015, and printed upon page 7325 ofthe Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words

"Said Awning(s) at W. Greenview St measure(s):
Said Awning(s) at Corner of N. Wells and W. Greenview measure(s):"
and inserting in their place the words
"Said Awning(s) at W. Evergreen Avenue measure(s):
Said Awning(s) at Corner of N. Wells Street and W. Evergreen Avenue measure(s):"



Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.

The applicant referenced above has requested the use of the public right-of-way for awning(s). An ordinance has been prepared by the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection - Small Business Center - Public Way Use Unit for presentation to the City Council. Because this request was made for properties located in your ward, as approved by you as per the attached, I respectfully request that you introduce the attached ordinance at the next City Council meeting.
