CITY COUNCIL MEETING DECEMBER 14, 2016

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.

Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt David Amin of First Choice Auto Sales 1 Inc., DBA Best Choice Auto Sales from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to 2238-2248 North Cicero Avenue.

SECTION 2.

This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
