Ladies and Gentlemen:

At the request ofthe Commissioner of Planning and Development, I transmit herewith an ordinance correcting the bidder's address for the sale ofa City-owned property under the Adjacent Neighbors Land Acquisition Program.

Your favorable consideration ofthis ordinance will be appreciated.

ORDINANCE

WHEREAS, On November 16, 2022, the City Council voted on and passed the Ordinance 02022-2990; and

WHEREAS, 02022-2990 contains an error in the location description in Exhibit A; and

WHEREAS, It is necessary to correct the above-described error, to ensure that the Ordinance accurately reflects the appropriate area; now, therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Exhibit A of 02022-2990 is hereby amended by deleting the language struck through and by inserting the language underscored, as follows:
