BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. The City Council finds that the areas described In Sections 2 through 12 of this ordinance are adversely affected by the over-concentration of businesses licensed to sell alcoholic liquor within and near the areas.
SECTION 2. Section 440-022 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-022 (24.206), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of January 13,2009 at page 52730, with the following underscored text:
4-60-022 (24.206) On Cullerton Street From Keeler Avenue to Kostner Avenue.
SECTION 3. Section 4-60-022 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-022 (24.211), with the following underscored text:
4-60-022 (24.211) On the north side of Cermak Road, from Kilboum Avenue to Kildare Avenue.
SECTION 4. Section 4-60-023 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-023 (24.32), with the following underscored text:
460-023 (24.32) On Roosevelt Road, from Albany Avenue to Homan Avenue.
SECTION 5. Section 4-60-023 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-023 (24.33), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of December 12, 2018 at page 02503, with the following underscored text:
4-60-023 (24.33) On Roosevelt Road, from Homan Avenue to Central Park Avenue.
SECTION 6. Section 4-60-023 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-023 (24.35), with the following underscored text:
460-023 (24 35) On Roosevelt Road from Independence Boulevard to Pulaski Road.
SECTION 7. Section 460-023 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-023 (24.36), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of January 13.2016 at page 17110. with the...
