ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the Bl-2, Neighborhood Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 13-G in area bound by
North Clark Street, a line 167.08 feet north of and parallel to West Foster Avenue, the alley next east of and parallel to North Clark Street, a line 117.08 feet north of and parallel to West Foster Avenue
to those of a B3-2, Community Shopping District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.

In accordance with requirements for an Amendment to the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, specifically Section 17-13-0107, please be informed that on or about September 24, 2015 the undersigned will file an application for a change in zoning from B1-2 to B3-2 on behalf the applicant, Swedish American Museum Association of Chicago for the property located at 5211-5215 N Clark Street.
Applicant seeks a zoning change in order to allow the Museum to obtain a Public Place of Amusement license to accommodate requests for events such as wedding receptions and local business events to be held at the Museum. The building will remain as existing. 15 off-site parking spaces will remain as existing.
