SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by changing all of the M2-3 Light Industry District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 4-F in the area bound by:

WEST 16^th STREET; SOUTH JEFFERSON STREET; A LINE 177.27 FEET SOUTH OF WEST 16™ STREET; AND A LINE 90.90 FEET WEST OF SOUTH JEFFERSON STREET

to those of a B2-5, Neighborhood Mixed-Use District symbols and a corresponding use district is hereby established.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
