ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance is amended by changing all of the B3-2, Community Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 10-E in the area bound by:

East Oakwood Boulevard; South Cottage Grove Avenue; a line 129.6 feet south of and parallel to East Oakwood Boulevard; and a line 175 feet west of and parallel to South Cottage Grove Avenue,

to those of a RM-5, Residential Multi-Unit District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
