BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. Pursuant to an Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, The Commissioner of the Department of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Wei Q. Li of Midwest Restaurant Equipment Supply at 345 W. 25^th PL from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and /or egress to parking facilities for the premise address.
