RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, We, the members of the Chicago City Council, wish to extend our congratulations and warmest birthday wishes to Rogelio Rubio Echeverria in honor of his 65^th Birthday; and,

WHEREAS, on behalf of the entire 15 ^th Ward, Alderman Raymond Lopez would like to extend his personal tribute to Rogelio Rubio Echeverria on the occasion of this momentous occasion as recognition for being a stellar Resident of the City of Chicago; and, \

WHEREAS, Rogelio Rubio Echeverria now belongs to our 15^th Ward Seniors community, of whom we value and treasure for all they have given and taught us in their collective lifetime; therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED, that we, the Mayor and Members of the Chicago City Council, gathered here this 13th of November, 2019 A.D., do hereby congratulate Rogelio Rubio Echeverria on the occasion of his birthday; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that we extend our warmest and heartfelt best wishes to Rogelio Rubio Echeverria for his continued good health, happiness and success following this, his 65^th Birthday; and,
