SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE



BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of the RT-4, Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 9-G in the area bounded by:
West Newport Avenue; the alley next west of and parallel to North Sheffield Avenue; West Roscoe Street; and North Seminary Avenue,

to those of an RM-5, Residential Multi-Unit District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
