To the President and Members of the City Council:
Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred (January 13, February 9, March 9, April 13, and May 4, 2011) proposed ordinances to establish and amend parking restrictions on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance submitted herewith.
This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the committee present, with no dissenting votes.

PARKING PROHIBITED DURING SPECIFIED HOURS:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 080, ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the operator of a vehicle shall not park such vehicle upon the following public way in the areas indicated during the hours specified:
WARD LOCATION
23 S. Luna Avenue (east side) from Archer Avenue to the first
alley north, 7:00 A.M. to 9:00 A.M., All Days - O2011-3692;
27 N. Hoyne Avenue (west side) from a point 30 feet south of W.
Carroll to a point 25 feet thereof, Reserved Parking Disabled, 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., Monday through Friday 11-00802656 -02011-2091;
36 W. George Street (south side) from N. Harlem Avenue to the first

47 Within the ground level city owned parking lot, bounded by N.
Western Avenue, W. Leland Avenue, N. Lincoln Avenue and the CTA Brown Line, No Parking by order of the City of Chicago every Thursday from June 16 through October 27, 2:00 P.M. to 8:15 P.M., for the City's Farmers Market Program - 11-00382000 -02011-985;
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.
