ORDINANCE

6633 North Sheridan Road

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Pabcor Management, 664 N Milwaukee Ave, Suite 200, Prospect Heights, IL 60070, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 6633 North Sheridan Road.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
