BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Per Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Menken LLC from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress at 1254-1258 North State Parkway.
